I have no idea whether that Tumblr is official, but judging from other posts I've seen from it, it's possible. Then again, the image of concern is just a still from the Bug Busters episode with names and the TMNT logo slapped on top.
It is a fansite and it has illegal links to full episodes.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention. Certainly keeps my pessimism at bay a tad, especially since, while a friend there says theyíve been getting reliable leaks before anyone else, this apparent fraudís commentary is all we have saying theyíre all villains: the image itself says nothing about anyone in the picture other than their names, and even then, I failed to find the image elsewhere.

Well it was sent to that blog by an anonymous person. The blogger didn't have that "info" on their own.

If youíre referring to the ask that prompted that answer, even then, the anonymous person didnít say anything derogatory, lack of a better word, about any of the characters that appeared in that scene: that was all this Tumblr.

Awesome thanks man.
Wonder why they couldn't get something together before Xmas to try and boost sales there?

Not show info, but Cicis pizza buffet restaurant is doing a 'Rise' promo on Tuesdays (4pm to close) from Jan 22nd through March 12th. (Valid only for ages 10 and under, so take a kiddie along... )

https://www.cicis.com/rtmnt

It mentions giving out "totally rad collectible masks." I'm curious if it's just the basic fabric sort or if it is anything legitimately potentially collectable.

I've just seen this pop up on Twitter.

Viacom @Viacom 9m
"@Nickelodeon has struck a new deal with @netflix for its Nickelodeon Studios division to produce two original, animated feature films based on two of Nickelodeonís most important properties, The Loud House & Rise of the @TMNT." - BB $VIAB

https://twitter.com/Viacom/status/1092779150790807553

So apparently Rise is getting a film on Netflix.

Yeah, overall the whole thing is disappointing. It said in the ad on the website that it's for TMNT fans of all ages, and yet in reality it's looking like it's ONLY for kids? I was looking forward to getting a mask, at least... until I found out (through a commercial) they are only made out of paper and it looks like they hook onto your ears. Meh... I'll pass.

Yeah, that's pretty sad. I've seen a commercial for it twice in the last couple of days and seems like it's just barely a promo at all.

In case you haven't seen 'em yet, Glenn Wong has posted a number of his character design work on instagram:
https://www.instagram.com/wongdraws/?hl=en

Wong also did a ton of concept paints and character turn modeling for the CGI Nick toon, including unused concepts like Classic 3D April.

Is this true?

I would like to know this also. I have tried to find ratings for this show but Google only shows me reviews for the show. I can't imagine the toys are big sellers. The pegs are always full with very little movement of figures disappearing.

Probably if this is true, that's why NECA suddenly was allowed to sell TMNT-related products outside the US. And why DC collectibles can also produce TMNT action figures.
