Put two internet users who despise each other into the same room, without telling them who they are or why they are there, and see if they can get along.

Footprints...

Today someone noticed there was a short trail of faint (but obvious enough at the right angles) dirty foot prints at my store. Now, these tile floors have been swept a lot lately, esp with a wide dry mop, would we not have removed them recently if they were old?

It looks like they came from the stock room, probably hitting carpet before touching tile, and presumably stepping back onto carpeting since they disappear. Probably moving moderately fast since it didn't look like the heel was present.

Just so weird. Maybe something was left open one night and somebody got in...but why the hell were you bare foot??

ALSO... the haunted vacuum. Maybe it was just an electrical glitch (with the button in the off position?), but it went on by itself twice a couple days ago, weirding everyone out. o.O Since it was free and still has some life in it (and my mom's vacuum is pretty old) I brought the "haunted" one home today...

My favorite thing in all of Disney history is how they thought Pocahontas was going to beat out The Lion King in the box office.

I can't imagine the embarrassment...there are so many instances of "what in the world were you thinking?" in that mindset.

The soundtrack alone guys. Just the soundtrack!

lol I'm sure it'll probably behave. At best I just wonder if the switch wasn't 100% off and manged to trip back on.

Although... I could have sworn that the volume of it was of the carpet setting variety, not the quieter floor setting, which (carpet) is the second setting that needs the switch to be all the way down, sooo... Who knows.

If it's a ghost that wants to help vacuum, I really don't mind.

The bare footprints discovered today disturb me more. lol

I WAS recently disturbed by a box of jumbled up pizza randomly in a very strange place I would not expect it to be in, but I finally learned today that the store manager had been carrying it and tripped.

Although why he was in that area and it was tossed back in the box and left there in that spot, I dunno. Best I can guess is maybe he was carrying it, with a few other boxes, up the back steps nearby. (But never went back to throw it out??) But when I came across it I really had envisioned a homeless person quietly living in the store and having stolen it from the fridge... lol Glad that wasn't the case.

There HAD been cameras all over in the ceiling, but since our store closed they were taken down over a week ago, and the computers, etc removed not long after, so it'll remain a mystery. Even if the footprints were something old, it's too late to try to figure that out.

You know how you can tell that the Wicked Witch of the West's hands are rather dirty?

She has hands.

4/21 - My mom got a blue popsicle among her sugar free fudge pops. How the heck...? Weird enough that one somehow jumped ship from its own production line, but according to her the wrappers also come attached end to end, so...
