Ohio Train Derailment

On Feb 3, a train that was carrying toxic chemicals derailed and authorities quickly burned the train’s cars to stop a potential explosion. Some of the chemicals were released into the air and soil after the crash, and the controlled burn ultimately caused many animals to become sick and die, including chickens. Fish are also going belly-up in the waters.

But authorities are telling the residents of the contaminated area, “The air is safe to breathe.” Now people are getting sick. Again the government has failed us.

I live in Kentucky off the Ohio River bank, so this is definitely a personal concern.

This is an exhibit on why I have a hard time believing conspiracies centered on the competency of government bodies. More often than not, their attempts to solve problems only aggravate them.

HOWEVER, if someone wants to go down the crazy road, the train derailment and ensuing toxic mess could have been the government's goal all along in order to cover up massive COVID-vaccine related deaths by making everybody think the toxic mess was the real culprit.

This also happened in South Carolina, and Texas. Mainstream Media doesn’t seem to be covering it much. “Hey look, a balloon!”

Where are the climate activists? Alot of farmland is “accidentally” burning down too. Hard to believe this is just a “conspiracy theory”.

What amazes me is that the board's social-justice $#!(posters are so silent all the time now.... Guess that social justice problem has been solved when there's real things going on in the world and your opinions elected someone reflective of that nature - a fool and his giggling bimbo.

Not sure about the 'CoVid Vaccine' thing. This one might be more along the plan of how they've been trying hard to make people stop eating meat, start eating bugs and also stopping people from owning their own farms and getting their own food natural. There's been a bit of a campaign about that the last year or so that's been kinda under the radar.

That’s what I was thinking. The location where this happened near East Palestine, OH, is a very high Amish population who live on their own, have their own farms, they rejected the covid vaccine and live on their own without government dependency. And then this happens? Seen videos of animals in farms being found dead as a result of this chemical pollution. They are messing with the food supply, poisoning the waters.

This kinda thing happening pretty often lately. Just yesterday a big rig in Arizona was overturned and released hazardous chemicals into the air. There’s been reports that Biden is responsible for blowing up the Nordstream pipeline which released 400,000 tons of toxic gases into the sea, seen videos of dead Blue Whales being washed up to shore. But everyone on the left seems to be denying it. Been 2 years since he armed the Taliban while he’s giving away taxpayer money and more military equipment. Worst President ever?

This is no conspiracy theory. It really does seem as though they are actively trying to create some kind of man-made climate crisis. Create the problem, offer the solution. These power mad elite globalists are actively destroying the planet, while claiming “it’s for the greater good”.

Surprised it didn't already get mentioned here, but saw that there were security cameras near the tracks the caught the train going past and showed some very obvious serious sparking, or possibly already on fire, under the car that caused the derailment and believed to have been experiencing wheel bearing "overheat failure," derailing 20 miles beyond that camera.

Me thinks it might be reasonable for train lines, be it freight or passenger, to have their own cameras stationed along tracks every so may miles to actively keep an eye on the health of their trains and be able to immediately stop one that is showing signs of a problem before hazardous and/or life threatening derailments can occur from mechanical failure.

FEMA aside, however, according to link below, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Transportation and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are also involved.

Hard to say there is no assistance. If anything it should have just happened faster.


edit: Links are from news out of Cleveland. Figured in-state sources in that wider region are probably more likely to care about the situation differently than national sources and hopefully report more accurately.

Out of office, no power to help unless he's handing them a check from his own bank account (lol yeah that'll happen), so if he's just going just to get his face seen I say put him to work in the clean up effort. Not like he has much he'd have to get back to right away in FL anyhow, golf can wait, pick up a shovel instead. Not that I could see him ever accepting the suggestion of manual labor, he'd probably disappear pretty quickly.

The Trump visit is today seen reports that he’s meeting with community and local leaders and donating thousands of gallons of cleaning supplies and 13 pallets of water bottles. After initially denying federal aid to Ohio, Biden spent President’s day in Ukraine. Trump was saying that after he announced his visit to Ohio, the Biden admin and FEMA reversed their decision and agreed to send help after previously denying the request. The EPA is now holding Norfolk Southern accountable and Secretary Buttigieg is supposed to visit Ohio now. Maybe it was a political stunt to make Biden look bad, but hey it worked, got them to act.

Not finding any specifics on the "clearing supplies" in any articles. Would be good to know if that means actual industrial hazard clean-up kind of stuff, of if he's just handing out gallons of bleach and paper towels to the locals.

13 pallets isn't going to last long, sorry to say, considering how many cases of water the average family is likely to need per week.

Again though, it's been almost 3 weeks. If he felt compelled to act out of anything other than the limelight, it really could have been done sooner. He didn't have to be there and risk a health hazard two weeks go to just have stuff sent, and who knows how long it will be before his promised stuff shows up. The slowness of action is pathetic all around.
