I'm just a hair over six feet tall and last I checked was about 290 lbs. Sadly most of the extra weight is due to my medical issue but I've been trying to do more now that its warming up. Lack of energy is also an issue with the tumor so its difficult to find the last push to stay moving to lose the weight... I hate being overweight.

I'm 5'11, 155lbs. Not in the greatest shape I've ever been in, but I can still fit comfortably in all my clothes so I ain't worried yet
Actually, last week I started a 4x a week exercise regiment to get me back in shape for summer, so I'll see how that goes. |

I'm around 180 lbs.
I went on a diet once and lost 10 lbs, so I could weigh less, but I stopped caring. |

I'm pretty happy with my weight and don't really pay attention to it. Most people have said I should probably gain weight seeing as I am kind of thin and am short, but I'm honestly not worried about it.

My weight fluctuates over the years depending on how active I am and how well I'm eating. Anywhere between 240 at my top end and around 188 at a really lean side. I'm currently at 212.
I am somewhat lucky that I can lose weight easy. But it's a double edge sword because I can also gain very easy. I'm watching what I eat right now because 195 is when I can answer "yes" to the 'are you happy with your weight' question. I think October I should be at my goal, just in time for Halloween candy.

5'8" 165 ( 170 centimeters & 75 kilos to the rest of the world)
I'm happy with it, I feel pretty damn fit. BMI says I'm overweight though, but I'm kinda muscular so it's whatever.

BMI is bull get a skin fold test and get your level of lean body muscle measured. Weight is so subjective and you can fluctuate so much just between waking up in the morning and going to bed at night.
That said, I don't actually know my current weight. Though I'm also in the best shape of my life right now so I don't worry about it too much.

I'm still hovering around 96-97 lbs most of the time, though I lost a couple of pounds a few weeks back due to being under the waether. I tend to lose weight VERY easily if I'm sick or very active, but have trouble gaining even a pound for long. That might not be bad if I actually weighed more, but at my size, it tends to be an issue. More than a few pounds less and I start to look anorexic or something, and I'm not. I'm already super-thin with a very small-boned physique, so losing weight at all can leave me feeling kind of weak or tired. It's not as fun as people think, being so thin.

6'0 maybe 6'1" when I'm not tired.
265ish My weight is fine. The problem is when you quit working out for a while the weight dynamic from your muscle bulk changes, so if I'm not working out I need to watch my diet to maintain any kind of form - especially now at 40. As for the 265 it's probably just better to see how I carry it in person. I've been accused of lying about my weight in the past by people who swear that I'm 230, 240 at best. Even at my age now, my "just get it done" bench workout is 275 for 3 sets of 10 or 12. My actual work out staple is that I do a lot of carrying weights around places and a lot of body weight work. I just walk around with weights as part of my routine. I'm also a p/t as a side hustle with a routine I borrow from... a past experience whereby I'll get you throw 200 push-ups in one workout easily. But you'll have to pay me to show you the set. I'm also a big fan of square form as well as circular motion weight movements and other stabilizer enhancement routines with weights that are complimented by things like monster walks with bands. The downside to all of this is that although my frame helps out a lot, at this size and weight things can take a downturn pretty quickly if have an off period. I used an Isopure protein product for years, but switched to Carnivore Mass about five years ago for a job change related to that past experience I mentioned earlier. I'm not even going to say what my press maxes went up to from that stuff, but I will say that it was significant. Especially the leg and chest work. I'd say right now at this very moment I'm in an off period - been working on a lot of other "life projects". Last edited by IMJ; 12-22-2019 at 04:40 PM. |

Revisiting this thread after a few years - it generally seems to have improved. Around 140lb now, rather than 170ish a few years ago. I think a lot of it was water weight. Drinking too much hot chocolate.
