How many times have they reused arnold, xenomorph, and predators with only a little re-tooling done? I'm not intentionally trying to knock them. I know the molds aren't cheap and the licensing sure as hell ain't cheap. What I am saying is that they're going to try to get as much back on their investment as possible even if it means repaints.

Ah, yes. I remember that day well...
The day my heart was broken when they announced an amazing figure set I couldn't get because of it's exclusivity.
Hopefully that won't be the case this time around, but I doubt it.

I mean a business is certainly going to try to increase profits any way they can and honestly you're more educated when it comes to NECA overall as I don't collect anything but TMNT. I just have a hard time believing that we will see repaints and that's it. Honestly though I don't mind if it's enough retooling to make it as unique as possible but if they simply repaint the same Shredder figure a third time I won't be buying it.

If the shredder has at the very least a cartoon accurate head I'll buy it too but I still have my doubts.

So, Any hopes or predictions? As for mine:

1. Anything of 1/12 scale featuring the turtles would be great. Mirage preferred. For fun, imagine a "City at War" boxsets featuring Lawson art and Lawson style tmnt sculpts. Karai and some of the Elite Foot in the other.

2. A 1/4 scale Neca 1990 movie Shredder to go with the turtles would be fantastic.

3. Lastly, I'd like for us to be able to order these online, even if for a limited time. Otherwise, I suppose we'll still have a chance buying from sclapers on ebay, right?

I doubt NECA would do a large vehicle for a line that's stuck as Con exclusives. At best they'd do it as a part of their CINEMACHINES Die Cast Collectibles line, which I think has been discontinued iirc. But those vehicles are smaller then the figures.

They did make a new Blade Fighter from the Kenner Predator line and the Aliens Power Loader, but that's about it for 1:10th scale vehicles.
