RIP Stu Rosen

Today is a sad day for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans. Stu Rosen, the casting director for the 1987 TV series, passed away. He did voices on Jim Henson's Fraggle Rock and served as the creator of Dusty’s Treehouse. Mr. Rosen also helmed animated series such as MASK, Hulk Hogan’s Rock ‘n’ Wrestling, The Legend of Prince Valiant and Biker Mice from Mars. Plus, he did work on Batman: The Animated Series, The Pirates of Dark Water, X-Men, Spiderman: The Animated Series Superman: The Animated Series, and Phantom 2040.

Stu Rosen Dies: Emmy Winning ‘Dusty’s Treehouse’ Creator, ‘Fraggle Rock’ Voice Actor Was 80

Thank you for everything Mr. Rosen. R.I.P.

Maybe this should be in the General TMNT Discussion forum. The man who decided whose voices represent the characters we old-school fans loved. Thank you Stu Rosen for your contributions to my childhood; see you in heaven.

That IS kind of sad. So many of those shows were a big part of my days growing up, especially Dark Water, Spider-Man, Fraggle Rock, Batman and X-Men. And TMNT, of course. RIP, good sir, your choices made a lot of kids happy.
