It’s a packaging error figure. The ‘14 Bayverse Shredder figure on the 2015 Nickelodeon Splinter reissue should not fetch for more than a regular ‘14 Shredder does. Unfortunately, it won’t appreciate until another 20 or 30 years. You should not expect the ‘14 Shredder on ‘15 Splinter reissue to go for anything over $18 or so (if even that).

These kind of packaging errors were very common for the 2012-16 stuff.
