It would be crazy if Pokemon Go gains connectivity to the main games and then it would be possible to transfer Pokemon that first existed in 2003.

Someone could transfer from gen 3 to 4 using Pal Park, 4 to 5 using Poke Transfer, 5 to 6, and 6 to 7 using PokeBank, and then have those Pokemon transferred from Sun/Moon to Pokemon Go.

Who knew it would've been possible? If only my Level 100 Charizard, Level 100 Mewtwo and Level 70 Shiny Articuno from Fire Red still existed 10 years later, I'd be more than willing to have them transferred all the way to Pokemon Go and dominate everyone
