I think the blue piece is to a Ghostbuster trap, but don't quote me on it.
The Donatello on the pipe and the Shredder thing are Burger King Kids Club Toys from back in the day. The splinter sticker looks to be from the 1st wave of Tops playing cards.

You've got me... looks like it came atop a motorcycle judging by the hands and the squatty appearance.

Scar, is it as big as a normal 88 figure? Are there any markings on him?

"Before your own eyes here is a bootleg Raphael that came in a set with bike called TORTOISE RIDER. Photos can be found here http://kolektor.npx.pl/photogallery.php?photo_id=282. Raphael when he is on the bike looks not so tragic. However, after removing him from bike the toy becomes unusable. Unless it is fully upright with his hands up in "do not shoot." pose. While standing straight he looks like he has problems with constipation. Total plastic disaster. At least the color bands were completed as planned. Too badthat the designers ran out of imagination and did not created bandana that extend's beyond the head." It is hard for me to translate because there is a lot of local humor there in the description Oh and also there is a black-bike version that i also have. |

Me and my friend were talking about old toys and he thinks he had a tmnt tricycle that came with an action figure and the front wheel was a pizza haha. I know a lot but had never heard of anything like it. We looked it up and also found nothing. He thinks it came with a michaelangelo and was lime green. If anyone has an idea what it would be feel free to share. Thanks
