Can't remember any of the turtles having any allergies but Donatello did have a strong aversion to Sushi in the 1st episode of the Original Cartoon due to having raw fish.

He falls out of a helicopter with a cyborg, his own shell sorta breaks his fall, & in his dying moments, the nanobots or whatever from the cyborg who was destroyed on impact take host of Don's body like parasites, & repair him.
