Well we all know playmates has pretty much completely dropped the ball. At this point I mainly buy the megabloks line as the figure quality while half the size is still better over all. In fact I pretty much decided the only playmates pieces I want are figures that are in better scale with the megabloks line (Snakeweed, Slash, etc.) makes for a really fun build. I have also been adding and connecting all the playsets to make a giant city scape. Plus customs are easy and fun too! I made a Chunin Leo (idw) and a black suit Raph (Archie)!

Has anyone found either of the Classics Construx Battle Packs in store yet? Mattel never restocked the Donatello one. My partial sets (just Donatello) are selling for almost as much on eBay as what I paid for them on Mattel's website, as if people are starting to worry that this particular set was discontinued...

I found the new stockman mikey raph rocksteady mutation. I just got the Baxter I was so shocked I actually found it.

Ok got him out am I supposed to use the clear wings?

Yeah, the plastic clear ones are the ones you're supposed to use. The cardboard ones are just I think so they don't warp in the packaging and show off the character better inside.

At first I was worried that the cardboard wings were the only ones he had as those wouldn't probably hold up very well...or long. Then I saw the clear ones in the bag.

My clear ones were seriouslywarled I kep the carboard wings and painted the backs white.


It looks more cartoonish too.

I'm not keeping the labcoat human head or wings if anyone is interested.

I need to get a Halo magnum it looks alot like the mutatuon gun from the cartoon.

Yes, I own the Technodrome set and the Krang figures comes with two chairs. One in blue and one in translucent purple. The blue one looks way better in my opinion

With the drome so cheap, you could buy it and sell off the parts/other figures and basically get Krang for free. Somebody on eBay is doing it now and sold Krang alone for $54.99 and Splinter is being offered at the same price. Obviously more work this way but could be a last resort.
