Last week I read Magneto -Testament and Red Skull - Incarnate. I really enjoyed them as I am fascinated by World War II.
I've finished Gargoyles now (other than the oft derided Goliath Chronicles) so I'm going to read the comics which are considered the official season 3 and canon. I have lots of other things I wanna read too - been getting back into Vertigo comics. |

Re-lettered versions of old comics on seanbaby.com
Here's one of my favorites, "Bozo The (Unmedicated Schizophrenic) Clown" and "Saul Saltine, Non-Racist Boy In The 1940s": (Warning: Offensive Language Abounds) http://www.cracked.com/blog/bozo-un-...wn-man-comics/ "Your sadness sickens me! Your Birthday is MINE, now!" "You... you're taking my Birthday...?" Here's another, "Captain America: B.A.D.A.S.S. (Bipolar Antisocial Disordered American Super Soldier)": http://www.cracked.com/blog/what-if-...-book-rewrite/ "Those little men put up one hell of a fight, Bucky!" "They were children, and NO, they DIDN'T..." "They prefer the term 'Gnomes', lad." Check out some other stuff while you're over there. It's all quite hilarious.

The Saga comics. My boyfriend introduced me to them and I have fallen in love with the series!

What I'm currently reading and what I recently read
Lots of r's in that title! Anywho, I'm rereading Full Dark, No Stars by Stephen King. It's October and I love reading scary stuff. What can I say? I'm also considering rereading all my Resident Evil novelizations at some point this month. I'm used to King so everything else I read seems too short!
As for the recently read, I finished rereading the last of the 7 Harry Potter books with Becca my fiancé. We tend to read allot of books together as well as separately. Those took us about three months to get through but it's always fun revisiting Hogwarts. Oh yeah and just finished Doctor Sleep. Flew through that one because it was quite the page turner. Well it was an audiobook but you get the picture.

Right now I'm reading Essential X-Men Vol.5, then I'll move onto Essential X-Men Vol.7, and then onto to some Usagi Yojimbo.

Fiance and I finished Red Dragon by Thomas Harris this past weekend. It took us about a day or so but we flew through that one. I'm trying to finish It by Stephen King and started the novelization of Resident Evil 0 yesterday. S. D. Perry really brings those games to life.

Becca should read more of them. They're hilarious. I'm on the second one now, but once I get Allegiant by Veronica Roth (which came out today) I'll be reading that next. The second SP book is called Two for the Dough.

Finished IT yesterday and started Bag of Bones. I think this is around the 12th or 13th time I've read it since it came out in 98. One of the best ghost stories I've ever read. Thank God there are no shape changing clowns in this one.
