DreamEx 1:6 scale figures
I thought I'd start a thread on what will be a developing range of figures.
Two figures of very high quality have been issued so far. If there are no objections, I'll add in some Casey details, and more Shedder details later. If though people want to continue with individual threads in individual figures, I'll abandon this one. But for now, we have Shredder and Casey Jones . Shredder : More pics later today. When I find time to open him. Inside the box! It's awesome. Casey pics. Last edited by DVD; 11-06-2016 at 11:54 PM. |

Shredder.
This is another fantastic figure from DreamEx. He has though one minor issue of note. When you get him, note the feet. The feet have to be unplugged to apply the armor . The pegging is NOT vertical. They go in at an angle, into foot rather than straight down, into the soul as you'd expect. Once you figure this out it's relatively simple to work the feet. He looks amazing in hand. And it's another solid figure. Nothing flimsy about it at all. Accessories are neat. He has his throwing stars, a totally cool sword (with scabbard) , a jar of mutagen Ooze and the coolest Krang communicator . Gotta say , I am impressed. Ok. Some pics. They don't do it justice. Face off... So. Two figures out so far, and both are excellent. I'm really looking forward to seeing how their take on the Turtles themselves turn out. |

Shredder looks amazing. Damn I keep getting tempted by Casey so much.
Been wanting to just get Shredder and eventually Bebop & Rocksteady if they make them. But Casey Jones is looking awful tempting from all the great pictures. But then I'd end up getting the Toitles and the Krang from this line also. And argh!!!

Yes.
He has several hands. The fists, open palms and gripping hands all have the shorter blades. There is only one pair of hands with the ling blades. I like the look of them, but I wanted to display him holding the communicator so I am using one short and one long blade pair of hands. It's a feature of 1:6 design that allows for that personal choice of look. And I'm glad to see it in the SFA Turtles. On extras, I have to say that I don't think I'll ever display him with the extra head, but it's a nice addition to the set for anyone that wants to display him without any helmet or face plate. |

Very nice and even better looking than what I was expecting! Is there actual liquid in the ooze canister?

Can we get a shot of Shredder with the "non helmet" head on? I would like to see if it is still too small for the body.

That's about what I said !!
I think these are fantastic. The extras are seriously well thought out. I mean, giving Raph folded arms !!! These guys know their subject matter. I'm also loving that Shell cell. Looking up release dates. But it's 4am here so I'm not getting many replies!! Haha !! |

Sweet Christmas those look amazing. Damn I just wanted to get Shredder and then Bebop & Rocksteady if they ever get made.
Now I'm damn tempted by the Casey, still waffling on him due to limited cartoon appearances, and especially the Toitles. I wish they didn't have all the extra pounces and such that aren't toon accurate. But damn they look sexay.

Hollywood should really take note, THIS is a great representation of what live action Turtles should look like.

I've been watching these for awhile, probably my favorite take on them.
All in.
