So we left it that far out with hopes that y’all are pleasantly surprised. But yes the book and the toys will take some time to complete.

Anyways!! We are super pumped to have crossed the first goal line. We have a ton more cool stuff to bring forth if we reach some more stretch goals. This is our last hurrah, and we are bringing you allll this raw unedited great stuff. Any help in spreading the word would be hugely appreciated!!! This is community driven, by the fans of the fans for the fans. Help us make this a success adding more bonus content, more mini docs, deeper dive shooting, Varner studio doc tour, more pages to the book and more toys in the assortment by helping us grow this thing even bigger!!! Lots more cool stuff coming!!
Gotcha. Sounds great! Cannot wait to binge through everything. In the end it would not matter if it took some more to time to come out as long as we know we are in for an incredible doc.
Wow, the project is already funded in so little time. Great!

It is funded!! But we have so many good stretch goals. We will be launching the list tomorrow. Steve Barron commentary on the dailies!!!! So good. But the campaign has slowed right down. It’s really really hard to get peoples attention now. Any help from the technodrome army would be huge!! It pretty much needs to be word of mouth now. Like old school texts and letters by carrier pigeons, as no one sees social media shares.

Any suggestions of influencer channels to hit up with content? We have tons of good content to share to help promote.

Well, you have the toys, so Pixel Dan and ShartimusPrime are safe bets, The Old Turtle Den or BlackNerdComedy are no brainers as well, don't care much for influencers but they do have a lot of exposition out there and it bafles me they're not all over this already.

Good calls!! Watch for Dan’s video soon!! I don’t know the other person. I’ll see if I can find a way to reach out. I hope Andre covers it as well. Crossing fingers.

I'm confused about which Kickstarter tier includes the physical bonus features. The main page seems to suggest it is both physical "collector's" tiers, but only one tier description has it. Then reading the comments, they mention it's a mistake but don't clarify is it the main page that has the mistake or is it the items on the tiers. Watching some of the videos they posted make it even muddier.

Anyone got an idea? I don't really want anything other than the movie and bonus features on an actual blu-ray. I would have just thought all physical tiers came with everything on disc.

Did everyone see pixel dans video? What did you think of some of this raw footage?

Ya got me for podcasts If you need anymore awareness! You guys are killing it though! Was awesome you were on Turtle Tracks Podcast. Brian is a badass dude!

Shellanomics is also on Spotify if you need one last fourth quarter surge.

Another great podcast I'd recommend is "Epic Tales From The Sewers" Justin is a good dude and he has over 100 episodes and is on Spotify as well!

Best of luck on the home stretch bros!

Spoke with one of the Documentary peeps today and even gave a shout out to the Technodrome Forums. Crazy a post regarding this project was on 4/1/16 and some of us thought it was an April Fools Joke lol

Hi,
Still on the mend about this documentary. i don't wanna get burned if this gets any retail release. Doesnt sound like it'll happen thru those means. Is the book really gonna have stuff we haven't seen? There's all those other books out there must have stuff we've seen too? Just for us collectors for the figures, will they be in a packaging that allows us to take them out and put them back into the package instead of us breaking them open and cant put them back in? Something collector friendly? I'd like to get all the toys in the KS but its really not in my funds. Even at minimal the Kevin and Pete figures. But more likely I'm aiming towards the blu ray and the book possibly.

The final stretch is on. We are down to the last couple of days on the main campaign. It’s crazy that we have come this far and the time has come to release all the stuff on the world.

There will be a baker kit post campaign run where most of the add ons will still be available. Thanks again to all the backers!! We couldn’t do this without you!!

Hey sorry I missed this when I replied to the thread just now.

I’ll say this, there is a small chance that a “theatrical” version of the doc will see the light of day beyond the campaign, but no it’s not at all likely this 4 hour long form will ever be released beyond this campaign and the backer kit run.

The book will have stuff that has never been seen before. I know I can say that because we are even now, this week uncovering photos and stuff I know no one has seen before.

We are working on a version of the toy packaging like that. I think it’s a great idea. It’s all down to costs and engineering. If there are suppliers of this type of packaging out there I’m happy to reach out. Otherwise we will have to make it ourselves.

I went for the physical disc plus bonus features plus book. Might be a long wait but I look forward to seeing what you folks produce!

Went for the Blu-ray + Digital Deep Dive. Was tempted to also get the bonus features on disc, but it was a little more than I was hoping to spend on this, so I'm glad that the cheaper digital alternative was available as an add-on to the Blu-ray.

The biggest gasp that I let out while watching this footage was when friggin' ARMAGGON was shown in Pete's sketchbook this far back! It's absolutely NUTS to think that a slightly more obscure character like him actually predates mainstays like Leatherhead and the Rat King! (At least design-wise.) As a huge Armaggon fan, that really tickles me.

I was going to back this and give them another shot... (the doc, the special features, and the book for $206)...but sadly...i only have debit card and the bank declined it (cause it's a foreign country aka Canada and they don't allow purchases to foreign countries because of 'suspected fraud', and they don't change or budge from that). And US Gift cards don't work for something that is overseas.

So it looks like it's only credit card and apple pay that can be used. I don't have an iphone for apple pay (have an Android). And I've never had a credit card (can't see myself getting one just for this 1 single thing and going through all of that hassle) since my debit card words everywhere else. So i'm screwed on that.

Oh well...I wish Canadian Turtle the best of luck.

I went with the all blu rays and bonus discs and the book. I kept thinking about the figures but it's too much to get 1 or the 2 others. I even thought just digital for the bonuses but I went physical.
