This is an attempt of making a timeline based on the Archie TMNT Adventures–Mutanimals comics. I haven't read everything, but I'm trying to do based on what I've read, and know.

Circa 4 000 000 000 BC: The rocky planet of Astraea, which orbits the Sun between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter, is destroyed following a local war leaving only minor-planets behind. The only survivor, Glyph, crashes in his spacecraft on Earth.

Circa 20 000 BC: During the latest glacial age, humans and wolf people walk on land from the Kamchatka Peninsula to settle in Alaska, causing the fox people where Ninjara belongs and the wolf people where Mokoshan belongs to share much common ancestry. The wolf people become known among the Native Americans.

Circa 3 000 BC: Merdude is mutated, making him the first Earth creature exposed to mutagen.

12 October 1492 AD: By accident travelling through time from the erly-1990's after crossing the Bermuda Triangle on their way from Brazil to the USA, the turtles and Splinter end up at the time when Christopher Columbus and his men using the Niña, Pinta and Santa María sailships come to America after travelling across the North Atlantic Ocean-waters from Portugal.

Circa 1509 AD: Cudley by accident takes the turtles back to the Manhattan Island, circa 100 years before the first arrival of Europeans.

Late-17th century AD: During a short visit to the Milky Way Galaxy, Krang shoots down a Plutonian warlord in his spacecraft over Scotland on Earth.

11 May 1930 AD (not sure if year and date was correct): Hamato Yoshi born in Hiroshima, Japan.

April 1945: While France, the UK, the USA and the USSR expose Berlin, Germany to aerial bombardment at the end of the Second World War, the turtles of 2094 travel back in time using the timeslip generator, encountering the Nazis.

6 August 1945 AD: Hamato Yoshi's uncle Gyogi becomes blind practicing Japanese martial arts with Hamato Yoshi when the USA drops an atomic bomb onto Hiroshima, Japan at the end of the Second World War.

Late-1940's-early 1950's: Hamato Yoshi studies at the Osaka University in Japan, and visits Charlie Llama in Tibet.

June-July 1947 AD: An extraterrestrial spacecraft crashes in Roswell, New Mexico, USA.

October 1950 AD: The People's Republic of China attacks Tibet, but Charlie Lama manages to keep the Crystal Palace.

Circa late-1960s and early-1970's AD: In Japan, Oroku Saki challenges Hamato Yoshi in leading the Footclan by pinning a knife getting his kimono towards the wall when a sensei visits, tricking everyone into believing Hamato Yoshi as he removes the knife is about to kill the sensei. Hamato Yoshi is expelled from the Footclan while Oroku Saki turns it into a criminal gang. Dishonoured, Hamato Yoshi leaves Japan for the USA, where he hides in the New York City sewers without habitual residence, with the rats and four turtles, by accident dropped by a boy on his way from the pet shop. One day he finds the turtles covered in mutagen, and touching it he becomes a human-like bipedal rat while the turtles become human-like and bipedal. Hamato Yoshi teaches the turtles Japanese martial arts to defend themselves, gives them unique weapons and bandanas of different colours. He names them Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael and they nickname him Splinter. It's later revealed that the mutagen was poured into the sewers by Oroku Saki.

Circa late-1960s and early-1970's AD: Krang ends up on Earth, as the Technodrome unnoticed crashes onto Earth by night.

Mid-June 1989 AD: While investigating a series of crimes, Channel 6 news-reporter is chased by a street gang through the Manhattan Island sewers and is rescued by four mutant turtles. She teams up with them, and after learning Oroku Saki is in the USA, they together defeat Shredder, Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady by sending the Technodrome, with them inside, through the portal from Earth to Dimension X there it lands on a rocky planet. Baxter Stockman is left to the authorities.

Late-June 1989 AD: Shredder returns to Earth, training the Crooked Ninja Turtle Gang to look like the turtles and commit bank robberies.

An extraterrestrial spacecraft crashes onto Earth in the Central Park, and the Eye of Sarnath fragment fall onto Earth.

Late-June 1989: Armaggon travels back in time to pick up one of the Eye of Sarnath crystals from Shredder, but end up striking a deal with him. Armaggon and Shredder go to the future, leaving Baxter Stockman behind.

4 July 1989 AD: The turtles and Jack Finney stop Shredder, Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady from blowing up the Statue of Liberty during the Independence Day of the USA.

Circa 1989-1990 AD: The turtles go on various adventures, fighting Shredder, Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady (this includes even the TMNT Adventures specials, where Shredder and Krang teaming up appear more often, even the Fleetway Comics fit in here).

As Krang discovers the Turnstone is on Earth, the conflict continues. Shredder mutates Chameleon, and Jess Harley becomes Leatherhead.

Circa 1990 AD: The turtles visit the Stump Asteroid for first time, and wrestle against Cryin' Houn'.

The turtles go to Hirobyl, fighting Maligna and the Malignoids while Cherubae uses the Turnstone to get rid of Shredder, Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady. Cudley takes the turtles back to Earth, dropping them off in Acre, Brazil.

August-1990 AD: Two truck drivers in Massachusetts dump toxic in Hampshire County before night, mutating three animals.

Circa April-May 1991 AD: During the northern spring, April drives through New England heading for Boston to do research in illegal toxic waste dumping. Getting stuck in Innsmouth, Massachusetts the turtles come to her rescue.

1991 AD: Krang returns from Morbus to Earth, with Bebop and Rocksteady. Bellybomb assists Krang in taking over Shredder's body, but the turtles free him. Shredder leaves, while Bebop and Rocksteady return Krang and Bellybomb to Morbus, before returning to an Eden planet.

1991 AD: The Mutanimals form, and become arch-enemies of Null.

Mid-1992 AD: Tattoo from Japan wins the 1992 Stump International Wrestling Sumofest semifinal inside Kyoto Convention Centre against Mu Pho from Tsukumi, East of Java. After his dog, Inky, gets kidnaped by the Yen Brothers, doing illegal betting around sumo wrestling Tattoo has to lose. The turtles, Splinter, Ninjara and Warrior Dragon set out to rescue Inky.

Mid-1992 AD: On their way from Japan, the turtles, Splinter and Ninjara travel through the People's Republic of China, ride motorcycles through Iran, and head for Oman towards Saudi Arabia. From onboard a ship they witness the burning oil towers in Kuwait one year after the end of the 1991 Persian Gulf War between Kuwait and Iraq.

1992 AD: Cudley arrives to Earth appearing over Saudi Arabia, offering the turtles, Splinter and Ninjara to revisit the Stump Asteroid. After the turtles wrestling each other, with Donatello wining. Cudley then takes the turtles, Splinter and Ninjara back to Earth, leaving them in Brazil.

12 October 1992 AD: On their way from Brazil, the turtles cross the Bermuda Triangle, causing them to travel exactly 500 years back in time, interacting with Christopher Columbus and his crewmembers.

Late-1992: April and Oyuki arrive to New York City. April's leaves Channel 6, working a while for Murdoch Maxwell at WRTL, before being fired.

Circa 1993-1994: The Mutanimals are killed by the Gang of Four cyborgs.

Early-November 1994 AD: When winter reaches Alaska, the turtles and Ninjara visit to bid farewell to April, Oyuki and Tattoo at the Fairbanks International Airport, when they head by aeroplane to Japan for a sumo wrestling competition. During the northern winter in Alaska, the turtles and Ninjara discover toxic dumping. Raphael and Ninjara break up.

December 1999 AD: Hollywood Hoey shows an angel at the Times Square in New York City.

Circa 2089-2090 AD: When taking the turtles back from the Stump Asteroid to Earth, they're by accident first taken 100 years into the future were the polar icecaps have melted, flooding the streets of coastal towns.

2094 AD: Verminator X, hacking into the Hubble II Space Telescope, discovers an extraterrestrial spacecraft approaching Earth.
