Can you go into some room and close the door when interviewing people at comic conventions next time. It's so much noise from other persons.

sometimes people are lucky to have time to grab someone at all. there's no time or way to hunt down a closed door room.

Do you ever come for anything other than shill your Cowabunga Corner?

I understand SEO is important but don't just take a dump on communities you aren't a part of.

I have permission from Krang to share the Cowabunga Corner links here, and the nice thing is I don't go and create topics for each story I keep it to one topic and if people are not interested they could skip over it. That easy, right?

I also go out of my way to make sure I only share TMNT stories here, and not all of my stories are shared here. Just ones I think are of interest for those who read this topic.

I am a part of many communities and have an easier time with slow ones, as I don't get around to read as much as I would like. I have taken part in other topics here and there, if they're pulled to my attention. Though normally this forum is too busy for me to be an active member. That is not a bad thing. In fact I think that Krang and crew did an amazing job at making this forum as lively as it is.

I do find those who attack those of us who are working for more than one or two communities but the entire fandom as a bit rude. Cowabunga Corner is not tied to one group, because we support all the forums, facebook groups, chat rooms and so on out there. In fact I've linked back to different groups in more than one of my story if those groups come up, including the Technodrome forum. Giving promotions to the places where fans can meet other fans.

I never share my links on sites that have nothing to do with TMNT. I won't join a Darkwing Duck group and share a TMNT link. And I get permission from the people in charge of the groups to do so.

I'm sorry if this is a little bit of a rant, but seriously someone takes the time out to share what they're doing with a group. When it's related to the main source of the group. And people complain? It's easy for people who do this work to look the other way and not post at all, that would be so easy. But I have friends here, who like when I share these links. And since I have permission I will keep it up, unless told to stop by Krang.

And "Original TMNT Cartoon Fan", sorry there's background noise... it's a convention... you get that. But as you can see, Rob is holding a mic in his hand. And there's not one time that the background noise blocks out the sound of the interview. We can both be heard clearly through the full interview. If you watch my interviews they vary from location to location on if I can get a private area to sit with the guest or not. I've even got hotels before when we did kickstarter so there's interviews with Rob on Cowabunga Corner with no background noises at all.

This convention had no private rooms for interviews, I was not press so could not use the press room. Rob gave me a few minutes during his break at the table. Not something I was going to pass up. And he had friends show up to hang out with him, so I really am Thankful that he did the interview as it is. I'm not too upset over the noise. I'm sorry that you had issues with it.

Being a blogger is not easy all the time. It takes a lot of time and effort to put things together for the sites, and 9 times out of 10 the bloggers are not getting anything in return for the work they do. It would be easy for use to go up and ask questions, without posting for others to hear. It would be simple for us to pick one group to share our reviews, for me it would be the first TMNT mailing list on the internet which is where I was mainly posting before Cowabunga Corner. And it would be a joy to be able to open our toys without having to wait till we have a camera set up.

I do what I do because people requested me too. And if people think they can do better, I highly encourage others to start their fansites and blogs, because the more opinions, the more stuff out there the better. But we all see things differently and have something interesting and fun that can be shared.

A big thanks to those who stood up about this being a convention for the sound and also to Vegita-San for the comment made about me sharing Cowabunga Corner.

I don't care, I think it's great if people want to share their fandoms. Various users here have links to their Facebook and Instagram pages without any problems.

Oh come on man that's a bit harsh. I want to see Michelle on this forum more, don't scare her off by criticising her.

Also it's easy to complain about convention noise but the output of her interviews I feel totally makes up for that.

I think sdp was trolling, but I agree, I would love to see Michelle post more on these forums.

Not trolling, this isn't the place for this thread , she should post her links in the fanworks forum and I wouldn'tt care if she posted her ****** links it at least was part of the community. All she comes here for is to shill her site, look at her post history. Just like a Viagra spam bots, they both contribute the same to the comunity.
