I've actually tried looking for flea markets around me and there never really seem to be many in my part of Minnesota.

As for garage sales. Most around are by people it always seem that didn't have or weren't kids of the eras where TMNT was big I guess. I'm constantly looking for old Nintendo and Sega Genesis games at them as well.
I'm always scared to buy untested video games...

Got this yesterday, I can't stop playing with it. Sorry Forum police, it's not TMNT but it is amazing!

My dogs want to fight it pretty badly!

Oooooh, I got a complete Turtle in a Turtle Leoplayset with the mini shogun! He was deep down in the box. Paid $40 for all the turtles...Cyber Samuria Mike is here, spirit armor don, all of raphs spirit armor but no raph (I have one without armor though!). Mech Mike, Pizza throwing Raph. A big button. Tokka playset. Road Ready splinter. Plush Raphael. 6 random variant figures. Paid $40 for all that.

Still digging around.
I don't know about anyone else, but I'd would definitely love to see photos of your complete haul! Did you buy all of your local stuff at a flea market?

I am still trying to get my hands on a Sewer Playset. I know a seller at my local flea market who has one complete w/ box, and assembled the whole thing for display. I don't think he's ready to part with it yet, but I keep letting him know I'm interested.

It's a Saturday tradition for me and my boys to hit garage and yard sales. My 4 year old loves TMNT (so does my 7 year old but he won't admit it). Today we hit a great find. For 15 bucks we got a nearly complete TMNT SEWER LAIR PLAY SET from 2003. It kind of reminds me of a castle grayskull how it opens up. From google images it seems we are missing the zip line, a foosball table? or some kind of gaming table, and the top pipe where the zip line attaches. Also for the same 15 bucks we got the 2004 sewer lid launcher, 2 sets of the 2003 mini turtles, and a few turtles with the only one I know for sure is mutatin raphael. All of this was at one garage sale.

I was too till I found out how to clean the games. I don't think I've run across a single game that's too far gone to be playable

Can't decide if this was a steal or just a guilty pleasure purchase...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/350811885479...84.m1439.l2649

I originally thought it had a comforter, but I am beginning to think it's a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and pillowcase.

Can't say, but I do recall having those sheets as a kid and no comforter. It might have been a seperate thing. I also recall having the matching curtains.

You paid little more, but again this seller is shipping to Australia, so the prices are probably inflated for the inconvenience of shipping internationally.

I'd be careful about the import forms. If he declares a sale of $500 your custom fees are going to increase your costs heavily.
