IDK, just gonna keep it sealed till they respond to my messages. Sent them a tweet and a message through eBay. I shook the box around to hear if any pieces are loose inside the head... nothing. I'm hoping they can just send me a new head, instead of an exchange, so I can go ahead and open the figure up.

I figured the eyes were just painted but they must be inserted separately. I'm sorry this happened to you that sucks

I got a reply from them on eBay. They said they'll send a replacement head. I guess that means I can go ahead and open the box. Not sure how hard it'll be to remove the head because Donnie's head was hard to move around.

I wasn't trying to sound like i was complaining. I was just making it known since it's a review that the parts are reused. I also went on to say that it's entirely possible that the critique isn't entirely valid if the actual costumes were identical, which i've never taken that close of a look. Sorry if it sounded as if i was complaining

not a Fan of the baby turtles going by the look of them in the video and that might just be that they wernt as distinvce in the film .......

Got my raphael today. Super excited he was next as he's my fav.
I also took a pic of one of my sais used in the first movie to compare with the neca version. They matched the leather wrap pretty identical but they are missing the metal showing on the prongs.

Anybody else with Donatello have a very loose torso joint? Mine always drops forward on the front shell and I was wondering if there was a way to fix this.

Yep. If you look back in this thread there was some discussion about it. A few people had suggestions but I couldn't get anything to work.
