Any particular reason for excluding the 60's one?

The villains on the 60's one weren't exclusive to that film as they were also part of the television show. This is mainly for the ones that were "one and done" so to speak.

You missed off Two Face from The Dark Knight and The Phantasm from Mask of the Phantasm (which counts since the film saw a regular cinema release)

The Joker (Batman 89). He?s the most fun to watch and I like that he has ties to Batman.

If it was available that would have been my choice. I assumed live action big budgets only.

As for me, probably Ledger's Joker.

To answer the question though, it's too hard for me to choose between the two Jokers. Had the 1989 Batman movie not been what made me a Batman fan, there's a good chance that I would vote for Ledger's Joker. As it is right now though, it's a tie. |

My vote, movie-wise, is 89's Joker, with Returns Catwoman/Penguin pair a close second. Something about those three just struck a chord with me, in a way none since have. Though, tbh, my top pick would be the BtAS Joker- he tops them ALL!!

Mark Hamill made for an outstanding Joker. But because the tv series had to stay kid friendly, it was really only in Mask of the Phantasm and Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, that Hamill and the show's creators were able to bring out the character's full potential.

I think they're excluded because neither of them are in theatrical live-action movies titled Batman.

That being said for me 1. Mr. Freeze ( Subzero) 2. Riddler ( Frank Gorshin) 3. The Joker ( Mask of The Phantasm 4. Riddler ( Jim Carey). By the set rules my choice is my fourth choice technically but first by the rules given.
