Have only just seen this thread. I pre-ordered and now have Dead Eye. He is great although I haven't had time to get him out of the packaging as we are planning on moving house soon, so thought it best to leave him in the packaging for the time being.

I don't know if I should get Bucky or Deadeye, I don't love the franchise enough to buy both of them since I don't have enough space. Any suggestions?

I think Deadeye is cooler in general but overall Bucky's design is more original.

I have all 3 figures so far, all are really great, but if you are only to get one, go with Bucky O hare himself.

I've seen the TV series later. Never had any action figures or comics, just knew about the NES videogame.

Awesome!!!
I'm excited to see who they're gonna bring out next. I'm hoping for either the Toad air Marshall, or Bruiser.
On second thoughts, a Blinky would be epic!

Was so stoked to see this! Deadeye was probably my must have, but Bruiser is right up there.

I got all the figures up until the recent dead eye duck. I love this line. I need to order my duck and call it a day. The berserker baboon looks amazing in so many ways :O

The original 1991 Hasbro The S.P.A.C.E. Adventures of Bucky O’ Hare toy line was a very 90s toy line, if I remember correctly. The 1991 Bucky O’ Hare action figures were in stores during a time when the action figure aisles were flooded with lines based off of cartoons. Children were already sick of the 1989 Kenner Police Academy toys and vehicles that were on clearance in the latter half of the early 90s. As you can imagine, retailers ordered quite a few cases of the 1991 Hasbro Bucky O’ Hare figures and vehicles expecting the toy line to be “the next Ninja Turtles”. The 1991 Hasbro Bucky line did not take off because the year 1991 belonged to the release of the new Super Nintendo here in the States.

My cousin used to wake up early to catch Bucky O’ Hare and the Toad Wars almost all of the time in the 1991 to 1992 academic year. It’s no secret that he favored the Fred Wolf Turtles over Toad Wars. My cousin watched the 1987 syndicated series of TMNT during its original run and on the USA Cartoon Express. I’m pretty sure this cousin of mine stayed with the Turtles from 1989 to 1997. Of course, my cousin had the original Bruiser action figure from the 1991 Hasbro The S.P.A.C.E. Adventures of Bucky O’ Hare line.

The original Hasbro Bucky line was an even more animated carbon copy of the first two or three waves of the 1988 Playmates TMNT line. In other words, it had been done already. The original 1991 Hasbro Bucky O’ Hare action figure line was obviously a shadow to the 1988 Playmates Turtles line. I preferred the Hasbro Bucky line to the 1991 Kenner Swamp Thing, 1991 Playmates Toxic Crusaders, and 1992 Hasbro Wild West C.O.W.Boys of Moo Mesa lines nonetheless. I like the 2017 Boss Fight Studios The S.P.A.C.E. Adventures of Bucky O’ Hare line, but it could do without the repaints.

I guess the question children of the 90s have now is when will Boss Fight Studio give them updated versions of Captain Planet, everyone from Pirates of the Dark Water, FOX’s Peter Pan and the Pirates, and James Bond Jr. I was going to add Darkwing Duck to that list, but Funko has got him covered with their Disney Afternoon line.
