Looks like a great experience! Great pics...I've never seen a coloring book signed before, very cool. And congrats on the Tales 70, I know you've been looking for a while. Welcome back to good ol' Cleveland. Maybe we'll get a cool con one day.

I'm very glad to have found tales 70 at a decent price.
I think I got the hat on eBay about 8 years ago or so? One thing I regret from the weekend is not having Eastman, Talbot, and Dooney sign it.

Some huge scores for me. It's amazing how some items can just make you feel complete.
Spoiler:
I honestly never thought I'd get my hands on the first print of issue 1 with the prices skyrocketing how they are. I was determined to get my hands on these before the 30th anniversary. Now to kick back for a while...

Market price - For now I'll say more then I wanted to BUT less then I'll regret in a year. No regrets because I consider it an investment but also wish a year or two ago I would have gotten it for what I wanted it for.

I bit the bullet and paid more than I wanted to for mine too. But now ones in the same grade are going for $1k+ more than I paid. Still, keeping it anyway. Nice buy, and investment TMT.

Thanks guys! I always appreciate the feedback. I've got some small January additions...
It includes all 4 new characters from the new line plus another Casey which I found elsewhere yesterday. The rug was a random pick up when I was with my fiancé at Kohls doing our wedding registry after Christmas. It was on sale for 12.99 (originally 39.99) so it was hard to pass up.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the positive feedback. In addition to the thank you, here's a pic of my most recent pick ups.
I decided to finally go after the IDW run. I've always been discouraged because of all the covers but then I decided if I limit which I go after (cover A) I can always go back once turtles inevitably phase out again to get the rest (sorry to say but it always happens). In the pic above it includes all cover A except for issue 1 which I have A, B, C, & D. Additionally I have a duplicate of cover A signed by Eastman and issue 2-4 are signed by Eastman & Waltz. The last little issue at the end is an oldie but a goodie. Second print Raphael form the original line. In stellar condition and I found it sitting alone in a bin for 3 bucks at a local comic shop. I just got done throwing these all in their new Mylar sleeves and they'll be tucked away with the rest until my custom cabinet is complete. Enjoy - I will
