I didn't get any email, just a FedEx notification that a package is on the way from XB Logistics, which is where my other crates came from. I saved my order email from last year.....that's the only evidence that I ordered one lol

How long do orders for these stay up? I'm interested in the Mirage crate but would kind of like to see the figure first...

On their website I can only find the orders for the three crates and bonus item. And same for my email.

You got a separate email receipt for the bonus Spirit of Splinter crate? I've searched my email for days and can't find it. And I never delete emails.

Not that long. I think it was like a month last year.

So it's likely they won't have a figure reveal until after the sale window is closed?

I went ahead and ordered another Danny Lootcrate, to display both head options.

I took a risk and ordered a second full set. I'd like to have both Scrag's, and that's totally only because I suspect at some point we'll get human Bebop and Rocksteady, heh.

I figured I'd like be able to, very worst case, get my money back on eBay for them, versus the risk of a second Scrag being like $100-200 later.

Scrag will easily be the most expensive figure from wave 2. Ebay will be flooded with the others. I went in on one, I can live with having just one Scrag. If I want the human form, I'll just transform him back and pray I don't break a peg

Loot Crate updated the listings to say series 2 is almost sold out.

They also at some point gave an updated image of the Mirage figure:

Literally the day before I would have had enough to get all 4.

Trying to find a thread that revolves around the NECA mirage line, this seemed most relevant.

Stumbled across my copy of Mirage Return to NY part 3. I had a quick flick through it, and when I saw the 'crab' Shredder immediately thought "I'm getting a figure of that!". Then thought "I'd put money on NECA doing the other 2 mutant Shredder variants". I wonder if they will be Loot Crate as well?

I also wondered, I'm sure I read that NECA hinted the Mirage Turtles might see a re-release at some point?

I would put money on new Mirage Turtles in the early style of the Lawson designs (as per the RTNY designs). I think they are pretty 'core Mirage' TMNT. Doubt we'll ever see a re-release of the original Mirage Turtles.

I hope to see them re-worked too. I'd be very happy with RtNY-styled figures, as it's one of my favourite storylines (though I'm not a fan of Lawson's later renderings (while I appreciate other people feel very differently)).

What Goes Around... Comes Around (Leo microseries) would be my preferred style for Mirage Turtles.

I'm not really all that big of a fan of Lawson's art in general, I'm afraid, though I do think his older stuff was better than his newer stuff.

That being said, I'd prefer the Turtles to look like they did when drawn by Peter Laird around issue 8-ish onward.

Someone at Neca goofed up. XD

So just today I got a surprise Lootcrate in the mail, and it turns out it was the "Spirit of Splinter" crate. I'm not supposed to have this. I cancelled that order, because I bought the first release of the figure.
What happened was that when the Lootcrate bundle was announced (with the Splinter figure as a bonus), I quickly ordered them all, without thinking. I didn't realize that I bought the Splinter figure for a second time. So I contacted Neca and asked them to cancel that part of the order, they did and I got my money back. But lo and behold, they sent me the last pack anyway.
So.... now I have TWO spirit of Splinter, and I only payed for one.

Think I'd call that a jackpot. Flip that sucker and give the money to your favorite charity.

Serves Neca right though for losing my Super Shredder order.

What Goes Around... Comes Around is also my single most favourite issue of the original Mirage run!

Agree that if NECA do updated Mirage Turts, RtNY style would be fine, but Lawsons later style wouldn't fit with the current NECA Mirage range.
