Hmm, I find myself a bit more unsure of what is actually going on here than before.

It'd be a twist if Stockman turns out to be the wise one here in being cautious to take direct action.

I'm liking what I'm seeing in the preview. More Mona Lisa and Alopex the better. There gonna be out there searching for the Turtles.

Huh, dunno which way the penny's gonna drop on Stockman, first I had pegged the Mousers as a fake out on him as a villain puppeteer then quickly saw them go the other way on pulling the strings and now... genuinely unsure whether or not he's actively contributing to the goings-on or not =o

Still, one week to go, after having been pleasantly surprised by quality improvements on 107 over 106 I'm going to cross fingers and hope this can follow momentum and end high!

(Also, yes, please insert happy to see check in on Alopex and Mona)

I don't think Baxter will go full on villainy, but probably shade of gray with some questionable practices, but nothing full blown villain.

Unfortunately it reads like it. All I ask is for non-Mutant Town plots been shown in the upcoming issues. It is the main thing I need to keep my deep investment in this ongoing.

Wait till after issue 120 then, but even then I imagine Mutant Town is always going to be there as a permanent fixture of the series.

I mean...if you assume people with similar genetic makeup react in similar ways, or if they just happened to be in close proximity at the time and got a similar reaction, maybe?

I wouldn't exactly say it takes eagle eyes... Saki is watching Mikey from outside through a window when Klunk goes missing (in either #102 or #103) and then when the Turtles reunite and find their bandannas in the woods (#104, IIRC) with the implication that Saki himself placed them there.

The chameleon kid had chameleon parents, but bear baby had a bunny mummy. In my head-canon mutants that happened to be close together for the bomb explosion maybe got hit with the same animal DNA?
