Shinigami/April Out of the Shadows figures ?

I seem to remember seeing a Playmates Figure of April/Megan to go with the OotS movie - might have been on Amazon, but not sure - but never found one for sale anywhere.
Did they scrap it or was I just seeing things ?
Also, do you guys know if there are any plans to release a Shinigami action figure now that the Nick cartoon is over ?

I remember seeing shots of an OOTS April, but I don't remember if it came out or not. It was just a retool of the first one anyway, IIRC.

No chance of Shinigami. The Nick series toys are done.

No Shinigami figured produced, and I don't ever remember seeing any concepts either.

Megan Fox movie April received an action figure for each movie. The 2014 tie-in featured her in a yellow jacket with camera, camera bag, and dual sais.

The 2016 tie-in featured a shirt tied around her waise and came with a mutagen canister. Some folks say it was rare, but I saw a number of them at local Wal-Marts:

I own both, but kept the Out of the Shadows April in the packaging, along with a removable mask Casey Jones.

My local stores didn't get OotS figures until months after the movie was out, and only the initial figs. I never saw April or maskless Casey. I've see them around Amazon and eBay for stupid prices though.

It was the same problem with the 2012 line. We were just getting the monsters line when everyone else was getting Wanted: Bebop & Rocksteady (although I never did see the Monster Hunters) and then every store stopped carrying them altogether before WB&R could arrive.
