Thank you mate, big time! Unfortunately I am only in possession of the rapper Mike in a more or less acceptable condition while I found out over time that you were absolutely right about translations we talked about a while ago: Either the german descriptions are pretty much off and cut to the half of what the original text is or the translation is almost word for word than by meaning.
As of now for all the figures I have I have fully translated the descriptions on my own while I received a lot of loose figures only 2 days ago, meaning those will still need to have their photographs taken and descriptions translated. Current state is: 80-90% done, some more photos being taken hopefully of the course of the remaining 2 months in this year. "Knochenjob" is a heavy understatement honestly *EtwasTrän* :] But I'm on course and sails are still set, absolutely looking forward to finish the project and open up the site publically Thank you for your interest by the way! Means a lot to me Let me know if you're also interested in a sneak peak that could also be considered "beta test looking"! |

Today I learned about this guy, was in a HUGE collection I bought, actually on account of a Turtles bin... was frustrated while I put all the figures and vehicles in order... TMNT, Power Rangers, Jurassic Park, Transformers, cheap China Dinosaur plastic figures... the whole bunch had a strange, strange perfume smell, maybe the China plastic, I don't know... then I started googling, never heard about Laser Light Skeletor before... here he is now. Weapon broken, but bot parts available. No electronic function until now, little hope, but the figure will be 30 years old in 2017 ...

I like leaning something new about a toy/collectible. Cool new stuff dude. So that bin thing is a trash can? The color stands out to me. It has a really great vintage look.

Just figured out: Cortiglione (AT) is a small place in Italy:

Yup because the last two lines on the bin say that the following company is the only (exclusive/esclusivista) licensee allowed to distribute (and maybe also produce) those bins - Laya Int. in the city Cortiglione while the (AT) refers to the province Asti. Not that I know any italian besides prego, pronto, piano or other rudimentary stuff, just guessing and counting one and one together.

I was lucky 3 times last week. This figure is one of the most valuable Star Wars figures: YAK FACE (1985)

That's awesome dude. I bet it was exciting to find out about that. So do you collect Star Wars?

It was exciting, and the joke is that the purchase of the collection was without any intention about He-Man and Star Wars figures. Just wanted to have the Turtles bin. But the "price" (next to the price I paid) was that the bunch was anything but well maintained. Had a lot to clean, and I'm not finished yet. Just taking care of the Power Rangers section:

Cool. Except for the cleaning part. I've been there and it's often a tedious task.
