Why they should be send back?
I am almost 100% sure that customs cannot tell the difference between legit and bootlegs that for start. Also nobody would buy hundreds of bootlegs from Hong Kong (just check eBay) like they do now if there would be a risk of not recieving them.

I recently purchased an item from Honk Kong to NY. Took 3+ weeks for the item to go through USPS customs..I called USPS to find out the status..Customer Rep. stated that items coming from over seas must be checked for illegal or bootlegg merchandise. If item is not official, It will be sent back. Dont ask me how they can tell whats bootlegg or not. I was just told. Did my research on eBay, which also state the same situation other buyers are going through.

Ah well you know I went to the Post Office the other day and the lady was telling me Customs had recently changed virtually all of its rules, so I guess that's some new BS they're pulling... I never had issues like that in the past.

Oh hey and i know harlock-toys (karate turtles seller)!I met him in person at the Parque Centenario fair, he sold me the MOC ronin warriors fig, and really cheap loose muckman & wyrm XD i checked his mercadolibre account for anything funky to post here, but all he's got left's bootleg TMNT-wise are run-of-the-mil playmate turtle knockoffs

Yeah it's interesting to see bootleg cards sometimes...don't know about the quality, seems poor with no articulations
