Upcoming. Like OP wrote, it's basically just an artbook.

The Mirage Fugitoid one-shot was also collected in the Utrom Empire trade IDW put out.

Will be released Fall 2018 as far as I know.
Thanks CyberCubed! I think this post is near the top enough that anyone looking for the one-shot will see the information. |

A minor error:
Classics Book 6 collects issues 42-44, not 41-43 as was originally solicited. Here's a quick and dirty spreadsheet that I made up a couple years ago to help keep track of all this: Google Docs If it helps, great, if not, it was free. |

So just to confirm this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Teenage-Mut...+ninja+turtles is better than The Works and the normal Classics volumes as it collects both together and in order?
I just compared 49th Street Stompers in the Classics Vol 1 to the 25th Anniversary book and the coloring in the former is so much better. It has colour to it but still looks gritty. Not sure why IDW went the route they did but the colouring looks kind of flat. |

Only this new description says the book includes the Mikey one-shot. I think both The Works and Ultimate Collection have the Mikey one-shot in its Vol 2. The Classics do not have the Mikey issue at all. So the new paperback edition has a slight difference in what’s being included. If the description is correct. I’m not sure if we can say this new version collects everything previously released. Or is “better.” We don’t know that the new color paperback will eventually collect issues #22-#47. Unless I missed something. |

Archie is already on the spreadsheet, in columns I-J. Easily overlooked if you didn't know that it was there.
Once IDW starts collecting Image, I'll add it to the list. As for all the IDW series themselves... that gives me a headache. I've just been buying The Complete IDW series of hardcovers and hoping for the best. (I know that a couple of out of continuity issues have been dropped, but my OCD will let me live with that!) But honestly, while the current comics are good, I've been a TMNT fan since 1987, and of the original comic since 1989, and Eastman and Laird Mirage is my one true TMNT comic. The others are good and I'll pick them up, but I'm really just here for the Mirage reprints. |

I wish IDW would just group together the main comic stories and the guest star ones. Would make collecting them less confusing.

It's not that hard, Mirage just has Ultimate Collections, the Classic collections, and then the Tales collections. If you're specifically looking for Mirage, it's only 3 different series. And the Ultimate Collections are done.

It is kind of confusing still, though I have a better handle on it.
It's basically impossible to buy everything in publishing order from TMNT #1 on. I'm a stickler and I just want everything published in one nice, neat hardcover or trade. I understand the rights issues, but why include things published in between in later volumes. It messes with my brain. IDW is even doing it. Their collections rearrange thing to their preferred "reading order" which I can appreciate, but it's not really my style. It's made me halt buying anything and just focus on other properties right now. Godzilla was really confusing, but at least what's been released isn't AS confusing. |

They included the guest ones to give you more bang for your buck. They were also getting license stuff straight for a while. I don’t get why people are so confused.
