Recently started my wolverine marvel legends collection and I have a question regarding very very loose joints.

I read online that the super glue method causes flaking and the nail polish method is preferred. Are there any side effects of using nail polish? Does it cause any discoloration?

Not if you use clear polish and keep it away from smoke & direct sunlight.

Personally, I swear by the superglue method - as long as you use several very thin coats, it won't crack and flake. The margin for error is very high though, which is a major disadvantage.

I see. Thanks for sharing your experience. Can you share what do u use to apply or spread the thin coats?

Cool! I bought it a couple days ago... pretty expensive but the exclusive Ms. Marvel is a really nice figure to have. The cap and radioactive man are alright, but it's clear that Danvers is the biggest reason to buy this, at least to me!

Going to be rad owning both versions of her once the Captain Marvel version comes out later...

Unless amazon puts them up for pre-order like they did with Guardians of the Galaxy ML figures (I sure hope they do...), i'm going to seriously consider ordering a case or at least a full set somewhere cause if she's as hard to find at retail as Storm or Black Cat/Black Widow (i'm talking in the earlier months of their release, not lately)... it's going to be a battle getting your hands on her.

In all three of those cases I had really great luck and found them the week of their release... but my luck can't last forever.

For whatever reason Marvel seems willing to float her despite lower sales. I think the reason is clear now that the movie announcement has been made. They are willing to take a loss on her book in terms of sales so that they have a platform to build her up as the movie gets closer.

Marvel has a lot of strong female heroes, but I guess they wanted one even stronger, someone almost on par with Superman in a way. I hope she starts to catch on.

Same here. She changes her costume frequently and I think that provides for a lot of figure oppertunities.

Did you read Spider-Man Learning To Crawl? Clash would be an awesome legend.

Everyone is already speculating on just when these will hit shelves, it could be a repeat of last year where we'll see them sneak onto shelves close to Jan 1st (give or take a week?)

Have your pocketbooks ready!

Look carefully there are actually TWO build-a-figures, you can build King Thor or Odin, or if you want both you'll have to buy some multiples so look at the build-a-figure parts carefully.

Or, as long as you buy at least one full set, you can swap the parts in and out if you want to change your Thor into an Odin and back again.

I'm just SO IMPRESSED, each figure comes with accessories and/or swappable parts, so fantastic. Look at Iron Fist with all of those hands, wow. Glad Hasbro is continuing to include alternate heads when appropriate.

So... Hasbro... why don't you up your game and make your Star Wars 6" line as good as this? Would love to see a Build-A-Fig, or more accessories or swappable heads/parts in the 6" line.

I'm glad they gave the "body" piece to Hawkeye because I can see him being the pegwarmer if not for that. Oh well, looks like machine man will be the pegwarmer... with Sentry probably being a (distant) second.

I just opened up with target 3 pack. I love the Radioactive Man figure, and Cap is alright to. Captain Marvel is the best female figure I own.

some sites are listing the avengers wave... but so far I can't find anyplace that will let me order either A) all 7 indivually or B) all 7 as a "set"

Please report in if you guys spot anything! Keep your eyes open cause they should be going up for order sometime in early December unless it shows up a tad bit early in the next few days.

i plan on putting in an order on entertainmentearth if i can and using it as a placeholder since i could get lucky and end up finding the whole wave at retail.

Also, I was at Target a few days ago and was shocked to see they had two full sets of GotG 6" ML on the shelf. Saw 2 rockets, 2 nova. I was sooo tempted to buy another rocket for trading... but I have to save money for holiday spending

I hope the people who found those were happy! There were two FULL build-a-groot figures right there on the shelf waiting to be built!
