It's actually interesting to me that he didn't just hack it out at this point. Sketch up a few crappy/"stylized" ones over the weekend and send them out. Or, you know...send the refund and be done with it. Anything would be better than having the job on your back for years.

From an ignorant, outside perspective, it really seems like he's sick to the touch when it comes to drawing TMNT.

He has been kind of ill during at lest part of this time, hasn't he? Could have sworn at one point I recall someone saying that... Still he should get that work done, get it back to the buyers...

I have 2 pieces from 2 other people I've been waiting 8 and 2 years on... Sucks when you don't want to keep bugging the guys for them but on the flip side, you paid for some work... doubly so when you see them working on stuff "for fun" or for others thats more recent...

8 years? That is completely unacceptable unless they've been in a coma this whole time.

I knew he was having surgery but didn't know it was today. I'll be praying for him.

It was part of a trade deal, and I'm not super in a rush but yeah. Eight years is pushing things a bit. Paid stuff takes a precedence... I just hate rushing people and he's done other work for me in that time frame... just this one seems to have slowed him...
