Ancient Apocalypse

Has anybody else checked this out? I've been following Graham Hancock's work for a while now so it was nothing new to me but it was nice to see all of the info laid out for the laypeople.

In short, Hancock (amongst others) proposes that there is sufficient evidence to show that human history is far more expansive than previously recognized, extending way back to the end of the last ice age when what is known as the Younger Dryas Impact is thought to have occurred (for which there is a growing body of evidence in support). Before the YDI occurred, there existed a very advanced human civilization, one that spanned multiple continents and was responsible for building numerous megalithic sites with advanced astrological features, many of which we are still unable to fathom building even with all of today's modern technology at our disposal (indeed, the assertion that sites like the pyramids of Egypt or the temples of Machu Pichu were built using simple machines like log rollers, ramps, and even pulleys are laughable once you actually begin using physics to calculate how it would have to be done; I mean just absolutely unfeasible).

Anyways, it's something to talk about other than just bitching about Wakanda Forever

I'm in the camp that civilizations far more ancient are around than what science had determined in the 1800's where there.

But I'm really hesitant to go any further than that into that wild "lost technology of ancient civilizations" sort of arena. Granted, we could "dig deeper" but we've found dinosaur bones and stone tools but never any megastructures made out of fabricated metals or rusted and seized ancient machinery. It's just not there to fit the deepest of crazy-theories.
