Grandpa's getting an MRI done on his pancreas today. Keep him in your thoughts/prayers.

Way to be vague.

Grasping for people to ask you what's wrong and give you attention?

The MRI came back fine. Nothing's changed, so that's a good thing for now. I guess all of his nausea is because he's not eating enough. Plus, he's not taking two pills like he should. Grandma keeps telling him to, but he never listens. He felt pretty good yesterday though, so that's a good thing.

Yeah, I know. I guess they're going to have a closed casket, but we aren't sure if they're going to have a funeral or not.

Just found out my grandpa can't have surgery on his neck for his stenosis due to his age and that they'll only do it if he loses control of his bladder or kidneys.

Thankfully his eyes were still intact - he'd been living happily with the fantail for ages in 140L tank, all by their lonesomes (been meaning to get more). Someone put a 'ph balancing shell' in the tank which I think is what did it to him. !@#$

29 fish is impressive, you must have a massive tank or tiny fish!

A senior friend at my work place got held captive by burglars at her home at 4am.

Her whole family was tied on the floor - herself, her husband and her daughter. Lots of crying and sobbing, they threatened to rape her daughter, all their money and jewellery taken away, and the criminals escaped.

She's still sobbing and having trouble to breathe. But the police are there, taking reports and gathering evidence. Can't imagine what they've been through..Luckily no one was hurt much, physically. But it's gonna leave a black mark mentally.
