We finally have the answer, it's Bebop and Rocksteady not Rocksteady and Bebop.

Edit:Those are con exclusives.

They are tournament prizes and convention exclusives.

Pizza Face is a prize for 1st & 2nd place at the WizKids Winter Open, those events are happening now.

Bebop & Rocksteady will be available for purchase at various tournaments and conventions that WizKids attends for $15, much like the Turtle Van was last year - it isn't exclusive to SDCC but will be available there.

Cyber Shredder is a prize for the Road to Worlds National Championship, you have to make top 4 to win him.

None of these are SDCC exclusives.

No mention at all if there will event be one aside form speculation if there ever was one. I use this website for reference when looking to see which Batman and Spider-Man villains are clixed for the first time as sets come out. Same for TMNT since it started. There is a forum like ours here and a comprehensive listing of every Heroclix set since the beginning in 2002.
