I'm not entirely loving this mini-series, but I do enjoy it far more than the main title for the most part. Stuff like the Turtles and Splinter fixing the van, in the middle of a tunnel after a pretty big crash, with no police showing up, or Casey and April breaking into the Foot's base through an elevator, still feel kind of weak.
But it's got some pretty cool moments, and the art is fantastic (if only their bandanas weren't so glam rock!). As some of you guys said, I'm glad to see Shredder receive some proper background, it's a huge step up from previous incarnations. |

Just my opinion.
I didn't get my copy of SHOTFC #1 until yesterday. I'm hoping to get my copy of #2 tomorrow...so excited.

SHotFC is turning out the best series that IDW has done with the turtles. The art and the action are blowing me away. Can't wait for the next one.

My friend who works at my comic shop reserved SHotFC #1 and #2 and Color Classics #7 for me and got them last night! Love my comic shop baby!
