There was a thread in the comic section regarding the Foot Clan and their hierarchy, and it got me wondering about Splinter and his family. What is the hierarchy in the Splinters clan, generally speaking? I grew up with the 90s movie, etc. Big fan of the 2003 series as well. Is Leo in charge of the clan and what does that ultimately mean?
