principal background setup of act 2 is now done.in a little under a month.
now it's just a matter of animating the last 8 shots. and making sure everything i have in act two is now as nice as it can look before moving on.

Will probably take a break for a bit and start on act 3 december 1st

Act 2 mostly done. Will be spending about a week fine tuning everything had so far, a little bit of a break, and then December 1st start act three, the finale.

Fixups Begin. I've never been happy with all my baxter shots. So, the few act one fixes that could be done are updating all the baxter images.

One of these is the newer model. Now, using the 'rest' feature of softimage, I only have to redoo these shots once with the new model. Now all I have to do when i make changes is export it, and boom, instant model update in the scene. no rework required if i like what ihave.
Will save alot of time.

Act 2 principal photograph was completed this week. more fine tuning coming, and then act 3 starting around december 1st. i want to get mostly done by new years.

act one is as good as i can make it with my current skill level. so no more changes coming there.
The first half of act two is pretty well set, as is the last half. only about ten more changes i think i can make better.

Then it's on to act three on monday.
Taking this one much slower since this is the LAST turtles project I feel like doing. It was supposed to be a culmination of everything i learned since starting this in 2010. but after rewatching The Big Break In, I kind of think some of that turned out better. then again, this time around i had all new models to fine tune as i went along. the last one had the advantage of models being used over two projects.

doing something long over due.

Reworking all buildings from The Big Blow Out circa 2012.

Deleting some, reworking from scratch others, modifying simply some others. so IHave a stable of reusable buildings so hopefully people don't notice the same ones.

the crop before

and a bit of the crop after seperated into big and small
