Big Hero 6...pretty cool, I definitely enjoyed Baymax's "anti-help" mode.

Pound of Flesh
Jean-Claude Van Damme in Pound of Flesh. It's great if you love b-c level action movies. The story is good, the acting actually isn't bad. i got it before it came out as a promo thing. Finally got around to watching it.

I saw Jurassic World last night, and I liked it a lot. I was really expecting the worst.

I saw PumpkinHead 2:Blood Wings and aside from some really hokey acting at times I really enjoyed it. Not as good as the original but a decent attempt to tie it with the first and keep the essence there. I just really didn't like the acting of the teens and the mayor but over all a decent b-movie slasher flick

That was pretty friggin' intense and poignant and it's gonna be stuck in my head for a long time. I recommend it.

Saw Jurrasic World and was pleasantly surprised. I just feel like its premise is a terrible idea followed by a series of terrible ideas. Aside from that its really enjoyable and great.

Finally saw Dredd.
Holy S***, that was a great movie. Anyone else care to agree? I know I'm like 3 years late to discuss the movie, but MAN... so brutal and badass.

Jurassic world!
It SUCKED! within itself it's solid, but as part of the franchise it's horrible. It's a fun flick. i'm glad i saw it but very disappointing and underwhelming. The praise of this film baffles me.

Yeah, it's awesome. It didn't do too well at the box office, but it's getting more appreciation as time goes by.

Are you talking about Dredd or Jurassic World? I'm hoping it's the latter, since you can't really class Judge Dredd as a franchise - only 2 totally unconnected films.

Watched Saw 3. It was the first Saw movie I've ever seen and with that said it was 2 hours and a half of garbage. Everyone in that movie was either a terrible person or a terribly stupid one. I'm convinced that these movies are for people that enjoy torture porn.

First one was actually good, and was actually more psychological and hardly had any explicit gore. Most of it was implied and cleverly-shot. It was actually a real movie.
Then they decided to make another one and that pretty much ruined it. I'd still give the first one a try, you may like it, but yeah, the rest of that entire genre is pretty much trash, including all the Saw sequels.

I saw a Terminator + T2:Judgement Day double feature yesterday at a cool little screening room I didn't know existed. It was wicked!
I've never watched them back-to-back before - I'd recommend it because despite the tonal differences, they fit together really well.

The Signal
some kind of broadcasting signal makes people go crazy and kill each other. It was alright, the ending wasn't what I was expecting. |
