I thought of the FCBD cover art as more of a placeholder while the actual cover is being fine tuned, not wanting to reveal spoiler images so soon, but still open up the preorders. But could be wrong, who knows. Yeah I would hope the FCBD issue would be included, that would be cool.

wow! i didn't even realize that Tmnt #71 & #72 were out the same month!!!

AND the Tmnt/Usagi cross-over as well as TMNT #1 Artisan Edition HC

As we speak, I think Santolouco is still turning out pencils/inks. He was posting progress pictures on Insta just a couple days ago.

I'm more salty about Robotanimals, I now have no excuse to hit the LCS today.

I just could've sworn I remembered Bobby saying #70 had been turned in to him for editing/proofing/finalizing. Maybe I'm thinking of #69 or maybe something had to be changed

Why would this even be necessary? Who'd want to buy that? The story was alright and the art wasn't spectacular or anything, so there's no real reason for a hardback book made for a series of backups. To my knowledge they'll be collected in the regular TPBs right? That's a cheaper alternative with a much better story arc included.

Not me. But it probably has a bunch of Kevin's personal notes and ideas, which is cool for some people.

And yeah, it's already collected in the first Universe TPB...
