From what I've read, he was actually against the idea from the start. It didn't grow on him 'til he actually saw the movie.

I had this really vivid dream last night about a Turtles Forever 2 kinda movie. All I can really remember is a story about the Mutanimals and a shot of Fred Wolf Leonardo in CGI form going up against Krang. How cool would it be to see that happen?

Ahhhh I remember when this movie was going to come out when I was a kid! I was super excited about it! Then I got really sad when I realized that was going to be the last TMNT 2003 thing they were going to do.

I still hope that one day we see the 2K3 turtles return in some shape or form.

Imagine if they made some sort of movie for the new turtles show like the turtles forever, where the 2k3 series would be included. I don't know how they would do it animation wise, but it would be really cool.

Talking Go green machine!!!

Turtles Forever was AWESOME!! A crossover of the 2K3 turtles and the 80's series turtles and then the original mirage comic turtles! They had everything downpacked about how the 80's series turtles were and the part when they got transported to the 80's turtles world reminded me of that one justice league episode called "Legend" when the league was transported to the classic world of the "Justice Guild"

I liked Turtles Forever. I liked the logic of OT Donny's science, or should I say "logic". They came from a pretty crazy world so I liked that they incorporated that into his science and that it worked. But the OT turtles acted too young, maybe 9-10 years old. But that didn't ruin the movie for me, I still thought it was funny. OT Shredder was my favorite part.

Scratch that, 4Kids Raph trying to seem cool to mirage Raph made me CRACK UP!! Too cute and hilarious!

Eyeballs are pretty snazzy, sure.

In the context of this particular series, though, I prefer the 4kids turtles to have 'em whited out.

I... don't really understand what you're saying. I like the whites because it has a comic book aesthetic, & given these guys are based on the original comics, it's a fitting design choice, I think.

I wasn't sure where to put this, so here seemed as good a place as any. Turtles Forever will be screened multiple times next weekend (8th/9th) on NickToons.
Good to see the movie getting some attention!

Has anyone shared scenes that weren't shown in syndication, like the 4Kids Foot Soldiers taking the Fred Wolf Shredder's command chair, which explains why we see him chasing after them in a later scene, or there's a scene where Utrom Shredder sees the effects of his destruction on the OG Mirage Turtles, only to not care afterwards?

Watched this again recently and it’s become my second favourite TMNT movie, behind 1990 and ahead of III. And it was made even better on my third watch by seeing some episodes of both the 1987 and 2003 series beforehand to get the references.

Yeah, it's great! It's Mirage's last hurrah, their swan song. I agree with you, it's the second best TMNT movie ever made.

Those scenes are on the official DVD release
