Shut up pussy. You're in the wrong section, there's no getting around it. And your list sucks ass anyway.

It's been relegated to the right forum now, so it's not all that bad now.
Besides, what is a Lieutenant doing posting in General Discussion? ... No? A'ight, I need sleep.

I was gonna make a Top 5 of these, but I'd rather wait till Arcade Attack is out and after enough people have played it.

In this order:
1. TMNT Smash Up 2. TMNT Tournament Fighters (SNES) 3. All the 2D TMNT beat-em-ups including TMNT on the GBA (face it, they're all pretty much the same) Nothing else is worth putting on the list. |

Hm. Have I even played ten TMNT games?
Shelf, maybe so on that whole "beat 'em up" comment, but so are most of the Megaman games and people still played those. Anywho, I'll just make a Top 5. 1) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Arcade) 2) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time (SNES) 3) TMNT (GBA -- '07 Movie Version) 4) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: The Manhattan Project (NES) 5) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (NES) 1) Nothing beats the first arcade game in my mind. Nothing. Nostalgia barely plays a part in that, too. I just like this game that much. Not my favorite game ever by far, but it is my favorite TMNT game. 2) I wanted to include the arcade version of Turtles in Time on there as the mechanic for throwing is different enough to cause me to have two different strategies for that game depending on which version I play, but the games are pretty much the same otherwise so I just used the version I've played the most on my list. 3) The fact that I can't just once-over this game in half an hour is a great strength and a great weakness. If I had more time for video games then this would be #2, but the fact that I can't quickly blast through it for a quick break and then continue about my day slides this one down a notch. However, this game was a very pleasant surprise in 2007 and it's easily my favorite Turtle game post 2000. 4) I threw this in here because it is damn fun, but I don't like it as much as some others do. I'm not exactly sure why I don't like it as much as the top three, either. I do enjoy it a lot, though. It sits at #4 instead of #5 on my list because it fits what became the TMNT formula better than #5. 5) I feel like that ever since James Rolfe used this for satire that it got a horrible reputation as being a horribly-built overly-challenging game. For an old NES game and for a licensed game, this is really good. I mean, compare it to an NES Simpsons or Home Alone game. Sure, you have to strategize a bit and plan ahead, but this is still a fun game. The only thing it could've used in current form is a save feature and infinite continues. Sure, it's a shoirt game, but you can beat the original Zelda in under 40 minutes if you know what you're doing and it has a save feature. |

If I had to pick a favorite TMNT beat-em-up, though, it would be the first TMNT Arcade Game / NES TMNT 2: The Arcade Game. I played that one more than any other, so for me it's mostly a nostalgia thing. |

OK. let's see...
1-TMNT:3Manhattan Project(Nes)- All of the bosses, all of the levels and the special attacks exclusive to each turtle. Awesome. I also played quite a bit with my cousins back in the day so yeah. 2-TMNT(Nes)- I know a lot of people hate this game but I really like it. It's a good challenge and it's kinda cool that it had very little to do with the cartoon and more to do with the comic. 3-TMNT:4 Turtles in Time(SNES) Good solid game with a fun soundtrack and an awesome array of villains. 4-TMNT:3 Radical Rescue(Gameboy) I love how it was like a mashup of a megaman game with the Turtles. The map is crazy and the bosses are super fun to fight. I alos really like the soundtrack. 5-TMNT:2 Arcade game (Nes)- It's a really fun game but I think it's more enjoyable with a friend. 6-TMNT 2K3(GBA)- I really like how you have to play as each turtle for the first 16 or so levels and then once you go to Foot tower you just pick your favorite. I think this is a pretty fun game, although it is very short, like manty of the other TMNT games. 7-TMNT: Hyperstone Heist(Genesis) Decent copy of Turtles in Time only shorter and less levels. 8-TMNT: 2 Battle Nexus( Both GBA and PS2) two totally different games but still pretty fun to play. GBA for using stealth elements and hivng it be more about strategy than a beat em up and PS2 for the whole share a life bar thingie. 9- TMNT:3 Mutant Nightmre(PS2)- I like the unlockables and the fact you can "upgrade your turtle". Plus the game is awesome to play with a friend. 10-TMNT:Fall of the Foot Clan-fun short game. Nothing really special. Least favorite- Tournament fighters(Genesis) it sucks. The bosses get you with cheap shots, you try to fight fair and they own you with ONE MOVE repeated over and over.(eg. Casey and his spin kick, Karai and April with their overly powerful throws, and Triceraton with his stupid biting thing).
