This is a pretty good point, especially when they were in the Arctic and was complaining about the cold metal making him uncomfortable.

Just...just take it off???

Irma wasn't exactly a looker herself and she was a bit annoying at times. As for Lotus, well she was a better fighter than him, so ofc that hurt his pride.

He definitely considered April attractive, though.

Maybe it's more a part of pre-animated Batman series, since she seemed to change more often in the 4 Kids series.

I've always wondered how Baxter allowed her to work dressed like that, showing her belly button and such granted she had a lab coat over it, but it was usually unbuttoned if I recall

They tested robots. Labcoats are more for working with chemicals.

He should still have been making her protect her skin a lot more. Even robotics testing has its risk of disaster. Probably explosions and/or burns should be expected.

Yeah. this.

Also, she apparently was his only employee in a very large factory.

Tehy may have been just two at the time of the day they did their robot test.

Ah but how do you know she doesn't have a whole wardrobe of matching yellow jumpsuits?

Still... two people only in a super large factory? She must have been very overworked.

Or Vernon...

I guess they didn't want to kill brain cells deciding what to wear every day, just like Einstein.

Or most characters from most cartoons for that matter I mean, Ash Ketchum from Pokemon only changes his outfit once every region.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.

I think it's stupid Shredder not taking these off when he doesn't fight. He spends a lot of time in the Technodrome, where he isn't attacked unless he doesn't have a plot and the turtles infiltrate.
It's a cool look. Simple as that. Nothing to do with laziness (how the heck would it be lazy to draw MORE details anyway?!).

Just that one has it cloth like at times. Animators were probably baffled by how it's supposed to stay on when he doesn't have the helmet on.

Parents who watched movies with this guy?

Only thing that upset the parents was violence in cartoons. Not shirtless men...

Krang

Among all characters showing up often, Krang seems to have changed most. Sometimes in android, sometimes in bubble walker.

Probably when his android body isn't trying to kill him.
