Probably less than number of birds of prey who suffer the same fate. I can't imagine rodents are the sole source of food for a stray cat the same way they are for something like an owl.

Some animals are not meant to be eaten by man, but people do it anyway. In some Asian countries they even eat dogs and cats, which is pretty repulsive.
Looks like you've embraced your Godly Jewish roots after all

Well the Hebrew scriptures do consider all sea creatures lacking fins and scales to be unclean.

He has mentioned on here that he is from a Jewish family.
Well that would explain his aversion to meat dish diversity.

Hey, Cubed. If you're reading this, do you also avoid cheeseburgers, stews, pork and shellfish?

I think he said he didn't really eat hamburgers, now that you mention it...

I eat meat like chicken, hot dogs, steak, lamb, tuna fish, etc.

I just don't eat hamburgers. The last time I had a hamburger was when I was 7 year old in second grade. I hated the taste of it so that emotionally scarred me off hamburgers for life. Never had another one since. And yes, I realize how ridiculous it is to base it off one time in my life when I was 7 years old over 20+ years ago...but thems the breaks I suppose.

What kind of burger was it? if you got it from McDonald's... then I can see why you hated it

There's good burgers out there. But you wont' find them in fast food places like McDs.

It was a fast food burger, probably from McDonald's or Burger King but I don't remember. We're talking about the year 1991 or 1992 here.

Probably the typical kids cheeseburger that tastes bad. Since then I just never had another. Whenever I went to fast food places or my parents took me, I always got the chicken sandwiches or nuggets instead.

I haven't eaten at McD's in ages. 99% of the times I ate there was when I was a kid. Always had the nuggets. I used to love happy meals.

Never ate at BK, tbh.

All this eating and turtle soup is worth its own thread.

I beg to differ. They DO have a few good items on the menu- ya just gotta shell out some ridiculous cash for them compared to the "cheap" sandwiches on the menu.

The chicken tenders or cripsy sandwiches is all I get from fast food joints now.

We have a bacon smokehouse one that's pretty good, if expensive. And the garlic white cheddar seems pretty good, though I haven't tried it yet. Smells really good, at least.

When I used to work at Burger King, I would have every single free meal there given to employees as well as almost all the leftovers. It was great and I am not gonna lie that I absolutely love fast food, but I would never buy it nowdays solely due to the price. Its obviously a rip off but people buy it anyways due to the sheer convenience.

I'd rather buy groceries in bulk if I want my fix of comfort food. A bag of about 20 large cookies where I live is as cheap as a puny cheeseburger at Mcdonalds/Burger King.

Isn't it unhealthy if you ate fast food every single day when you worked there? Did you gain a lot of weight?

I lost weight, mostly because I worked 2 jobs and did alot of hard manual labour alongside going to the gym.

It wasn't uncommon for me to work 18 hours somedays. Not even all the fast food could make up for the calories burned up there
