RIP: Ginger Baker, legendary drummer.
It would appear that years and years of chain smoking have finally caught up with him.

So for those of you who don't know who Ginger Baker was, this clip will clear a lot of things up.

I vote that what John Lydon said as intro for "Beware of Mr Baker" should be on his grave stone.

"This is the grave of Ginger Baker, a man who stood for something in life that probably most of you do not!"
"I reject your reality and substitute my own."
- Adam Savage, "Mythbusters"

Yes, an innovator in all things rock especially with Cream, the first ever super group. I actually listened to their arguably two most notable songs the blues enthused Sunshine of Your Love and psychedelic poem White Room.

Sunshine of Your Love.

White Room.
Michelangelo: This looks like a job for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
Raphael: Sheesh, Mikey this ain't a cartoon!

Check out the best DC Comics site on the net:
Now featuring Ethan Van Sciver!
