The Bebop and Rocksteady box art for the NECA 2-pack should not look different from the toys since the toys were supposed to be accurate 3-D representations of the 1987, 1988, and 1990 FW shows. It feels like the Foot Soldier 2-pack and Bebop and Rocksteady 2-pack were made with FW cartoon fans in mind, but scalper and adult collectors obviously see both as holy grails in retail at the moment.

Every store I see has the foot soldiers and turtles on the shelves

My local Targets in NC are starting to get them in, mainly around the Winston-Salem/Greensboro areas. I went yesterday to 2 different Targets and they said they only received the turtles and foot clan...no Bebop and Rocksteady! I go back again today and sure enough they had another load come in of just Bebop and Rocksteady. The associate I spoke with said now is the time to look for them because they’re trying to stock up for the Holidays! Hope this helps.

Welp, looks like B&R lasted on the website for about 1 second. Had the add to cart button, but got an error when trying to use it. My app notification was reset, indicating an in-stock item, even though I never actually received the notification.
