Oh and to add icing to this cake its going to have the same director from The Raid movies.

I'd ask what their fascination with making movies about the villains/anti-heroes is, but then I think about Man of Steel and BVS and, yeah, they've been treating the heroes like they want them to be anti-heroes anyway, so checks out.

... Okay, that actually convinces me this might have the slightest possible chance, assuming the studio steps the hell back. But it would absolutely have to be R rated, or it's not going to work. Not just because of the director, but because it's Deathstroke, and if you're not going to have him fighting heroes, you can't skimp.

They might as well officially announce that Deathstroke is no longer in "The Batman" as this is 100% what this means. Can we say "consolation prize" for Manganiello?

WB must really, really like him and don't want to lose him to Marvel.
