I think this episode tied the original 5 episode 1st season together quite nicely!
One of the things I thought could have been better and was perhaps a bit anti-climatic was the showdown between Shredder and Splinter, which had been built upon since the first episode...I don't know but perhaps it could have been more..epic? But at least Splinter saved the Turtles by destroying the anti-mutation gun which was a good scene. Some other favorite scenes, the production team doing a Frankenstein tribute and Krang using the amplification circuit outside the Technodrome "The WRATH of KRANG!" That body is just too cool.... Best line of this episode, I'm gonna have to also say: "Eat blazing electric death, toitles!" Now, on to the second season for me Last edited by BlindFaith; 11-26-2014 at 03:46 PM. |

This was one of the best episodes in the series. It had the best fight scenes in the show. I especially liked watching the fight between Shredder and Splinter. I thought it was funny that Shredder said Splinter wouldn't have won anyway. The banter between April and Burne was also entertaining. April and Vernon taking off in the Channel Six van just before Burne arrived with two police officers was hilarious.
