Splinter makes a contribution to the arts!
I hadn't intended to enter the artjitsu this month, but I got an amusing idea yesterday, and I managed to whip it out tonight. Its nothing fancy, just a quick sketch and color. (I'm totally new to colored pencils...but I felt this needed that "oomph!" you get from color)

you know. i never really THOUGHT of that as a career option. for ANYONE... let alone Splinter-sensei. very nice job with the colored pencils and the fur! his face is wonderful, following around his cheeks with the darker fur, really makes those sculpted cheekbones stand out. hm. that's good money. *contemplates her wallet* wonder if we've got an art school around here....... |

That's a great pic, SC. You did well with the colored pencils. Though I'm curious if you drew the whole thing, or didn't bother with "some parts", knowing they'd be cesored? And the Krang one's great. I'd actually go see that... |
