Kind of worried that my tracking number has yet to be updated and has already missed the estimated delivery date.

Reached out to NECA to see if they can look into my order, but have yet to hear anything as of 2:45PM EST.

You have to be aggressive. I called UPS and they told me my label had been voided. I called NECA and these are now being expedited via Fed-Ex.

Yes, I just received an email saying the shipping is now being done by Fed-Ex and expected delivery date is the 20th.

No issues here. Got mine via UPS right on schedule. One set is a bit banged up on the case but otherwise good. Bought on the 1st day.

They did a brief pre-order window that ended a couple weeks ago. Resellers are your only option now.

My set came today. So happy with this set. Box has no damage so all the more reason to be stoked. Thank you Neca! Keep doing what you do.

Actually **** it, I'll share a story. I remember as a kid one of my favorite things to do was go over to my neighbors house (childhood best friend) and watch the new TMNT episode after school. Not only did we watch though but we busted out all our TMNT toys and played along with our own scenarios. We get lost into it for hours on end. I had the Clamshell carrier case and the big printed tote bag. The clamshell case in this new offering from Neca really takes me back to that time. It means a lot especially because my childhood best friend passed away. This is for you Jacob Baskin.

Well my set arrived today but UPS was not gentle with the box. They did pad the box with paper so damage was not as bad as the box

UPS reaally ticked me off with how little they care

That's a driver not doing his job up to par. UPS' standard is actually very high.

My set was "out for delivery" today and I was waiting all day. UPS usally delivers to me between 1-5 pm. The truck finally pulled in front of home at 7:10pm. I was looking out the window to greet driver at door, but driver never got out or opened back of truck. After a few minutes he just drove off. No delivery! Thought about chasing him. Cheked tracking after and still said "out for delivery" then 2 hrs later said delivery tomorrow. Called UPS and spoke to agent and they said they would look into it but most likely driver couldn't find package on truck. Does anyone understand how that could happen?

UPS also delivered my set of Prime 1 1990 set. The driver loaded 2 on a long dolly side by side and placed the Leo box (the longest) on top. When he swong the dolly around the Leo box fell off. I almost yelled at him. The packaging on the Prime 1 set did have corner protectors but one of the corners of Leo still had damage. not sure when exactally that happened.

Those are my UPS stories. Hopefully I get my NECA set tomorrow in good shape.
