Slash, Leatherhead, Rat King, and the Punk Frogs are my favorites so having three of the four make it beyond awesome by default. My question is how Central America will be involved. This isn't get into the legend come to life of 13 soldiers and monsters from TMNT but completely different,correct?

I may be biased, but I love the idea of the TMNT in Central America.
 Might I suggest El Salvador being the country the visit? Trust me, it'd make for an interesting setting; it's a wonderful land. |

One thing I am trying to figure out, is Leatherhead under the control of Rat King or is he in full control of his facilities and working for/with Rat King?
