AFAIK, in Batman Beyond, Freeze saved his wife, but his body was destroyed.

His treatments saved his wife at the end of the Sub-Zero movie but he couldn't be there for her so she married her doctor, so Freeze remained a criminal, now heartbroken. Nora's husband turned out to be a manipulative piece of s*it and Nora was last seen searching for Freeze's remains after his body was destroyed, and sadly never succeeded as we know what happened in Batman Beyond.

So yeah, this book is contradicting prior continuity.

I like that they're bring back Veronica's father back from that one episode; looks like he might be involved.


Main things I want to see in Season 2:

1) More serialised storytelling
2) Show off other villains we didn't get a chance to see last time (Riddler, Two-Face, Ra's Al Ghul etc)
3) SHOW US DICK GRAYSON/ NIGHTWING, AND WHAT HE'S BEEN UP TO

Season two launched this week.

Mayor Hill has been killed off, murdered by Talon, who then goes after Veronica's father and ends up hospitalising him. Dick and Babs appear to be dating again, Deadman is our guest star, plus a cameo from Zatanna.
