Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Omnibus Vol. 2?

After a long time of taking a break from TMNT for financial reasons, I'm finally starting to pick back up on some books (Volume 6 of the IDW collection is on its way, barely caught that before the price skyrocketed, pre-ordered the first Image Volume, etc).

One of the books I finally picked up was Tales of the TMNT Omnibus Volume 1. I already had the two trades for issues 1-7, but I liked this format better, and it gets me the first 8 issues of the second Tales comic.

This did get me curious though. Has there been any word about a Tales of the TMNT Omnibus Vol. 2? It seems like a great format to complete the Tales comic.

At 15 issues a volume, it should be able to end at volume 5, if you were willing to an an extra issue to two of the volumes.

Was just curious, thanks for the heads up if I've missed any news.

Are you talking about the IDW trades? They canceled the Tales trades a few years ago due to low sales.

Well, the Omnibus came out last year and they did make enough trades to at least do a second Omnibus, that's why I asked.

*Goes looking at IDW Volume 6 price* Dang it.... why? Volume 4 and now 6... what are they even doing? I'm still stuck with only the first 3...

Yeah that's what I want to know. Really looking forward to picking up Omnibus Vol 2. I hope they bring it out.

I just picked this up to take on my deployment. I had never read tales so I'm looking forward to it. I too am hoping that they release a vol 2 omni.

I was sad that tales is such a hard thing to collect, I had the trades then got the Omni and both are incomplete
